Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

The Services are subscription software products for hospitality, events, and fitness businesses: a digital QR menu system, a guest services hub, an event management tool, and a gym class/booking manager, each with an admin console and a guest-facing web app.

You must be at least 18 years old and an authorized representative of your organization to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Where paid plans are offered, subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled, and are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your account settings. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the business data, content, and media you upload to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any Customer Content, including any personal data of your own guests or customers, and for your own compliance with data protection law toward them.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful purposes;
• upload malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data; or
• resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time; some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify account owners of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
